One of the most unusual and scary records that we have heard of is the Blind Speed Record. Not only is this a scary one to break - but only those who are blind can participate in it.Luc Costermans has been blind for four years now and has made his new condition something not to get down over. He managed to borrow his friend’s Lamborghini Gallardo and drove it at 192 mph.
He and his co-pilot (who is kissing the ground right now) were happy to be able to beat the record. They drove the car on an airstrip in Istres, France. "I'm very, very happy. It's a team effort," Luc said after the run.
